Policy

Refund Policy

1. Project-Based Billing. cleanframehub provides custom automation services billed on a project basis. Each project begins with a scoped proposal that defines deliverables, milestones, timelines, and payment terms. By accepting the proposal, both parties agree to the defined scope.

2. Milestone Payments. Projects are typically structured in 2-3 milestone payments: (a) an initial deposit upon project kickoff (typically 40%); (b) a midpoint payment upon delivery of a functional prototype (typically 30%); (c) a final payment upon completion, testing, and handover (typically 30%).

3. Deposit Refund. The initial deposit is refundable within 5 business days of payment if the project has not yet commenced. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial scoping, architecture planning, and resource allocation.

4. Work-in-Progress Refunds. For milestone payments already completed, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a milestone payment has been made but the corresponding deliverable has not been started, a full refund of that milestone is available. If work is in progress, a proportional refund may be issued based on work completed to date.

5. Completed Work. Payments for completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable. Upon delivery, you receive full ownership of the automation tool, including all source code, documentation, and deployment configurations.

6. Cancellation. Either party may terminate the project with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, cleanframehub will deliver all work completed to date and issue an invoice for proportional work performed. Any advance payments exceeding the proportional work will be refunded within 10 business days.

7. Defects and Warranty. cleanframehub provides a 90-day warranty on all delivered automation tools, covering defects in functionality as defined in the project scope. During the warranty period, we will fix any bugs or malfunctions at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover issues arising from third-party integrations, server changes made by the client, or scope additions.

8. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law. Clients may also contact the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
